This warning is reasoned by a test in source. It checks that printf("") returns value is not less than zero. Should never happen, I am even uncertain, why this line is necessary. But by this test, the waring is raced and there is no way (beside removing it, which seems not to be that wise) to fix this. As comment tells it should fix some optimization.
So I close this.
