gcc's headers (float.h, stddef.h and stdarg.h) don't provide all info
drangon's mingw-w64 build, toolchain and some libraries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build qt 4.7 branch
2. building qmake should fail with several undeclared float functions
These headers are also provided by mingw-w64, thus Sezero has removed these
headers from his personal builds, which solves the issue.
The headers in x86_64-w64-mingw32\include should be used and the headers in
lib\gcc\x86_64-w64-mingw32\4.5.1\include should be removed from the
distribution.

Still broken in current distribution ;)
But beside that: thanks for providing gcc builds!
