Updated the version number to 1.0.2.

Merged r48 from the 1.0.2 tag.

The command used was:
svn merge -r47:48 svn+ssh://bugman@.../svn/minfx/tags/1.0.2 .

minfx version 1.0.2.

This is a bug fix release adding support for Python 2.6.

Bug fix for python >= 2.6.

The variable 'as' can no longer be used as it is now a statement!

Fix for a rare bug found in a hugely warped space.

dot ca> while using the program relax (http://nmr-relax.com) in the bug report at

Added a release checklist document in the style of the relax project (http://nmr-relax.com).
