Created a directory for storing documentation.

minfx version 1.0.1.

This is a minor feature release. Most importantly there has been a switch from Numeric python to
numpy.

Added a check for the essential gradient function in the Method of Multipliers set up.

Added the ability to catch models of zero size and gracefully calculate the function value and exit.

Updated the error checking for the change from Numeric to numpy.

Spelling correction in a print statement.

Renamed all refs to hessian_mods.cholesky() to hessian_mods.cholesky_mod().

Module rename to avoid clashes with the numpy cholesky module.

The test for the Hessian mod being positive definite has been made more explicit.

The LinAlgError is caught rather than all types of error. This test could be significantly
improved.
