#17 3.6.2 "Out of existing map area" when loading world_nether

OpenJDK 1.7.0_147. World files are from an SMP server that I run. X-Ray loads world fine, but gives the "Out of existing map area" error when loading world_nether. When "-" key is pressed, crash dialog pops up:

Also, the "N" and "P" keys don't do anything when trying to switch dimensions.
