[Mindwrapper] newborn (patient) registration

This morning I checked-in the most recent changes (0.1.11) which
include the patient registration sample. You can find it under

samples/newborn

It is only a preliminary version without protections against user
error and so on, but nevertheless it demonstrates how I understand
a database will work in MW.

Also included is the start of a test suite for the PL:

samples/testsuite
