The .mindraider.profile RDF is mostly destroyed when MindRaider crashes - there should be (1) a cleanup batch and (2) more stable access by an specialized reader to the file to minimize the risk to destroy it (the created RDF-Files are stable).

Uhmmmm :-Z ... so for sure I will implement rotation of user profiles (all the revisions will be stored there) and will create some auto-recovery mechanism (return to previous revision).
BTW folder holds only one really important information (other entiries are just settings) - and it is location of your repository. In other words, YOUR DATA ARE COMPLETELY SAFE even if the profile is deleted.
To recover from this simply delete corrupted profile (or even .mind.raider/ directory in your home) and start MindRaider. It will ask you for the location of you repository (so specify it) and you may continue where you was interupted ;-)
