#1 Error on charset of TextEntity Constructor

When the constructor TextEntity (const std:: string & text, const std:: string & charset); is called, the charset parameter is not used, since this attribute does not appear when printing MimeEntity.

I think the error occurs because the instance of ContentType that receives charset parameter is not the instance of ContetType of the Header of the MimeEntity

Workaroud: After construction, I added (push_back) the parameter "charset" again, as the Attachment object does, then my MimeEntity printed the charset attribute properly.
