[Millscript-developer] Switched to subversion

Hi,

The nice people at SourceForge have made their subversion service live
with a very easy click-a-button migration from an existing CVS
repository, so I clicked it.

The old CVS repository is still available and will continue to be, it
just won't be updated anymore. The new SVN repository is available as
of yesterday and I've made my first committs today. Instructions are
available from the SourceForge project page.
