#8 Tap&hold passthrough bug

This takes effect with Tap & Hold when it is set to
Stroke Up. There is no problem if it is set to Shift.
What happens is, the stroke seems to pass through to
what's underneath rather than simulating a proper
Stroke Up. Probably using the wrong coordinates
(windowed vs absolute.)
