#3 UI update detection bug

UI subsystem: if you delete a large piece of text from
the "saved" text field, and the "this operation cannot be
undone" box appears, MilliKeys will fail notice the
change--the text will not be deleted internally. If you
immediately switch to another application and back, the
text you deleted will reappear.
