Any chance of fixing the bug that causes Milkdrop to
always run on the primary adaptor, even when the
secondary is selected in the options dialogue box? I
seem to remember this being due to the GUIDs fo the two
adaptors being the same on a dual-view setup, but I'm
not sure. I'll look at the code and see what I can see.
