#15 Trip Categories

I've been using the "comment" field for trips to create
categories for future reference. It would be nice if
there was a "category" combo box (patterned after the
"person" and "destination" combo boxes).

By itself, this wouldn't be terribly useful, but
combined with the "Report Tab" that I suggested, it
would allow for a user to get reports on only specific
types of trips (vacation vs work, etc).
