#14 Report Tab

I'd like to see a "Report" Tab. The user would submit a
start date, an end date and one of several categories
(miles driven, fuel purchased, mileage, trip category,
etc), then press a "submit" button to get a short
report on the screen with the requested information.

Additionally, this could be tied in with the "Graph"
tab to generate graphs of arbitrary duration.
