Dear MikTex forum,
I downloaded the Basic MikTeX 2.9 (32-bit version) which comes with TeXworks 0.4.0 r759. According to their wiki page:
The resources folder for customizing TeXworks is located under
and will be created automatically when TeXworks is launched if it does not exist.
Yet this folder does not exist!
Only after installing the TeXworks program manually was the folder created.
I noticed in the "About TeXworks" that the MikTeX version says (MikTeX) at the end while the manually installed one says (Official). Also after modifying the syntax coloring scheme the MikTeX version does not pick up on this change while the manually installed one does.
So my question is: where is the resource folder located for the MikTeX version of TeXworks so that it will pick up on the customizations or should I just use the manually installed version and uninstall the MikTeX one (how do I go about doing this)?
