I have recently downloaded+installed miktex 2.7 and tried to produce a
postscript document from
C:\x_miktex27\doc\latex\montex\montex.dvi file using
dvips montex.dvi command.
The file montex.ps is created but I cannot see the mongolian characters.
1Instead of the transliterated text, the same text should appear in vertical Mon-
golian writing. Since did not find PostScript support on your system, it decided to
print this text horizontally and in transliteration. It is suggested that you update
your LATEX system by adding PostScript support (see section 2.4).
This is strange since GPL Ghostscript 8.61 and GSView 4.9 is installed.
PATH set to C:\x_miktex27\miktex\bin\;c:\usr\local\bin;C:\x_gs861\gs8.61\bin\;C:\x_gs861\gs8.61\lib\;c:\dviout
What are the steps to be done so I can see them correctly?
Do I have to set some environment variables or make changes in specific files?
Thanks for the help in advance.
