Hi=0A=0AThanks for your replies. I tried to find out more using the console= and looking at the log-file. In the log-file there is an entry =0A=0A=0A= =0A 'No file test.aux' =0A=0A=0A=0Awhen excluding \end{document}, but no= explicit error message.=0A=0A=0A=0AIf I include \end{document} in the log = file I find=0A=0A=0A=0A 'Output written on test.dvi'=0A=0A=0A=0Ain the l= og-file. So it seems, that's really the only difference to see if 'LaTeXing= ' was successfull. So I guess, the point that Alan Ristow stated is correct= : =0A=0A=0A=0AI seem to remember MiKTeX 2.4 specifically flagging a missing= =0A=0A \end{document} as an error, but the behavior I see in MiKTeX 2.5 --= =0A=0A which ends with an emergency stop and a corrupt DVI -- is consisten= t =0A=0A with what I observe in teTeX.=0A=0A=0A=0AHowever, there is no emer= gency stop. =0A=0A=0A=0AThanks for satisfying my curiosity=0A=0A=0ALukas=0A= =0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=0A=09=09=0A___________________________= ________________________________ =0ATelefonate ohne weitere Kosten vom PC z= um PC: http://messenger.yahoo.de |
