Thanks. But I have gotten this warning every day for at least 10 days now. New packages are constantly being added, the same as in the past. The message is new. Is there some new problem? Is there a way to tell which packages MiKTeX does recommend updating now, and which they recommend waiting for? best, Colin |

It is for real? Well, in a discussion in one of my bug reports Christian confirmed the existence of the warning - it appears when the packages are new. Also I wouldn't worry about the typo: in german "untested" is written "ungetestet". -- Ulrike Fischer |

I have been using MiKTeX update for a very long time. But every time I tried it for the past week or two I got a warning message which I have never seen before: "This repository contains untestet packages. It is recommended that you wait a few days before updating." It does include that mispelled word "untestet." It comes formatted as if it is from MiKTeX but I suspect it is some kind of hack. It is for real? This happens when I select an intact, no delay repository from the MiKTeX list; and when I take the "Use the nearest package repository" option. thanks, Colin |

I have the same problem too. A bug report has already been filled. Best regards, Jose Carlos Santos |

Readers, I have mikte29 installed and trying to use with jedit. According to the package manager, the tex4ht package is successfully installed and html conversion works, but the command oolatex fails, with the command terminal response being: The Windows command script file could not be found Any help please? |
