Hi All, Thanks for the reply. Here is my tar and gzip of a mini latex example. I am using nothing unusual? Also, I am using latest miktex on XP. The tar ball of a small example can be found here: http://www.public.iastate.edu/~todi/problem1/ THE AUX file does not seems be right in the way that it is not generating Table 1.1, Table 1.2 etc. It is just generating Table 1, Table 1, for all the figues. Notice that figures are doing good. Please see that Table # and subnumer are \newlabel{fig:hint:double:time}{{1.1}{2}} \newlabel{fig:hint:double:memory}{{1.2}{2}} \newlabel{fig:hint:int:time}{{1.3}{3}} \newlabel{fig:hint:int:memory}{{1.4}{3}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M1}{{1}{4}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M1}{{1}{5}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M2}{{1}{6}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M2}{{1}{7}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M3}{{1}{8}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M3}{{1}{9}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M4}{{1}{10}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M4}{{1}{11}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M5}{{1}{12}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M5}{{1}{13}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M6}{{1}{14}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M6}{{1}{15}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M7}{{1}{16}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M7}{{1}{17}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:DOUBLE:M8}{{1}{18}} \newlabel{tab:HINT:INT:M8}{{1}{19}} Here is my basic package that is giving the problem. \documentclass[12pt]{report} %\usepackage{isuthesis} \usepackage{graphicx} \usepackage{isorot} \newtheorem{definition}{Definition} \newtheorem{problem}{Problem} \begin{document} \include{MACHINES/mach} \end{document} I am NOT using any specific font. Also, I am using TexNic as my IDE. Your reply is much appreciated.
