Dear Subscribers, Thanks to MiKTeX, TIPA can now easily be installed either by Package Manager or something else. When the document simply loads options as \usepackage[tone, extra]{tipa} and without any letters having \tone{55} or \spreadlips{s} and so on, no problem appears. However, when \tone{55} or \spreadlips{s} are written in the text with the usepackage specification, when processing, I get `Option clash for package TIPA'. These options are surely installed. I have used the package for years. But this is the very first time that I experience this problem. As I do not think it a matter of the package nor my source, I guess I should ask MiKTeX users if they have experienced any problems when they attempt to write documents containing tone and extra options. I am not at all clear if this is a bug or something else. Could you tell me how I can handle this? Thank you. |
