    Dear Miktex-ers,

Miktex seems not to break long headings in the table of contents. E.g.,

\section{This is a long header with quite some text and additional information
on the subject and the author}.

Something like this will run of the page on the right. I did not have this
problem with other LaTeX implementations and I can't convince MikTex into
breaking the line in the table of contents.

In the table of contents you would like to see something like:

X This is a long header with quite some text and additional
information on the subject and the
    author............................................... yyy

Does anybody know what to do?

    Kind regards,

    Bas

    Dear all,

Found the problem. \usepackage{hyperref} causes apparently a conflict that
prevented MikTex from properly wrapping lines in the table of contents. Case
closed, for me. Leaves us with the question why hyperref has this effect.

    All the best,

    Dear Ulrike,

Thank you for this link. Now the question about hyperref is solved too.
Actually, in retrospective, it's quite logical that the lines in the table of
    contents did not wrap.

    Case closed.
