The biblatex-chicago package has a number of files in an "obsolete" folder. http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/biblatex-contrib/biblatex-chicago/obsolete

Despite the "obsolete" they should be in the package for compability with older documents.

In texlive the bbx e.g. is in texmf-dist/tex/latex/biblatex-chicago/chicago-authordate15.bbx
