The whole afternoon I can't connect to the repositories neither with the update manager nor with the package manager. What ever I choose I get the message "The remote package repository is outdated. You have to choose another repository."
This is on a laptop with windows 10 which uses miktex NEXT installed in single user mode:
MiKTeX Problem Report Message: The remote package repository is outdated. You have to choose another repository. Experiencing the same behavior with Windows 8.1 across multiple mirrors, here's the output from an attempt to synchronize:
The problem is gone. I could update today.
I am using Windows 10 and am having the same issue, the bug has not been fixed.
I am also using Windows 10 and it is not fixed. Running as administrator in compatability mode does not work either.
I am having the same issue today. Maybe something to do with daylight saving time again?
Also having this issue today.
The same here. Windows 10, and the same error infromation (I keep being told the remote package repository is outdated). I tested several mirrors, and each time it was the same.
Issues for miktex should now be reported on the github site and not here on sourceforge. That said there is already an issue for the problem and it will be corrected tomorrow: https://github.com/MiKTeX/miktex/issues/27
