#12 uploading mikmod with ABC, MID & PAT capabilty

here is my update on mikmod-3-something that can play
ABC MID and PAT files with the use of timidity .pat
files, I send it in 9 tarbals to circumvent the upload
limits of sourceforge, here is number 1 of 9,

Only three of the tickets seems had arrived. So:

• Moved from support requests to patches, keeping only the first ticket open.

• Created a new attachment with only the changed files: mikmod-3.something.tar.gz
