-vgrid job queue view for estimating job execution delay

How would the new feature work (appear in use)?
On the vgrid monitor the number of queued jobs are shown. It would be useful if that information could be extended to include a complete list of jobs with submit time and requested job hardware resources (cpu, mem, ...) so that a user can estimate waiting time for her own jobs.
It is probably best to link to a new page with that information.

Please provide any additional information below.
Anonymity support must be preserved so the job list should not give away the identity of other users. Maybe the anonymized ID is okay to show, though?
It is an online decision problem to estimate the actual queue time so unless we can come up wit a really simple but reasonably precise heuristic we will leave that to the user.
