Please provide a one line description of the feature:
-Support for changing keyword field contents for pending jobs

How would the new feature work (appear in use)?
Users would get a web interface for editing e.g. the EXECUTE field and similar functionality could be exposed through the user scripts

How would the new feature be implemented?
Could be a wrapper for uploads of .mRSLedit files or just a plain interface. In any case the edit request should trigger re-parsing of the job and subsequent update of the job in the queue and on disk.
Jobs should only be updated if the re-parsing succeeds.

Please provide any additional information below.
Existing schedule hints must be discarded after changing any spec fields
