What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not clear, but please check the job notification for
311281_9_17_2009__15_14_4_dk.migrid.org.0 that incorrectly was sent to Brian.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The intended recipient does not get the notification.
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
We have seen this problem before during the CC course, but it has not
appeared for months now.
View and moderate all "tickets Discussion" comments posted by this user
Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Tickets"

This is still a problem: we need to reimplement the async IRC hack known as im_notify.py
It does not always properly load the list of known users and end up sending to the first registered user, i.e. Brian in our case.
