Please provide a one line description of the feature:
-allow advanced users to select VGrid for their SSS sandbox

How would the new feature work (appear in use)?
VGrid members select sandbox creation from one of their own vgrid pages.
This results in redirection to the sandbox generator page but with the
difference that the generated sandbox will only accept sandbox jobs from
the corresponding vgrid.

How would the new feature be implemented?
We can add a vgrid argument to sandbox-admin.py with fallback to Generic
and simply provide a link/form with the vgrid field included from the vgrid
pages.

Please provide any additional information below.
We should avoid confusing ordinary users with the vgrid selection, so it
should probably remain hidden or at least not a choice on the sandbox
generator page.
