#5 Depend on latest version

Need a way to say that a dependency always depends on the LATEST version. That way it is possible to have sudo schemas such as "All" which can have dependencies on several other schemas and simply say that it depends on the LATEST version of those other schemas.

    Also along the lines of this request is the concept of tags or label. Somethings you want to group logical sets of schemas together but it not always be the "latest" version (especially when working with branches and older releases).

    In order to pull this off correctly, the tags would have to support the concept of min/max versions in order to function correctly.
