[Mifos-users] Can't use decimals on amount while creating charges

Hello ,
In creating charges, I am unable to put a decimal number e.g. 0.5% in the
Amount, it only allows whole numbers and keep telling me number most be
numeric . I cant use decimal on amount . Please can someone explain
