Sorry for the delay.
You can't specify the root filesystems in the configuration file for
now. But I added it to the todo list.
About errors you got: indeed you need to add swt.jar to the classpath
because SWT is not provided in the release tarball (the swt.jar in the
lib directory is for compilation only). I have to add this point in
the wiki/documentation.
