#18 Inits only starts with /dev/tty ???

I've managed to build Midori,
boot up and saw the BootLogo,
however, it stops at the init part...
whatever i type doesn't seems to work,
as the file system is obviously not mounted yet...
my guess is that the init cannot start properly....

the error message is:

init: no controller for /dev/tty

anyway i can beat this problem?
also, any site providing packages that solves this
problem?
