patch file for X-4.0.3 mlz

- allows you to override the files lists used for
installing into the image

- allows you to provide a replacement font alias file

- allows you to replace the xf86config file

- allows you to override the xmodmap that's used

- allows you to control if you want the fonts to be a
partition or not

- hook with the testsuite mlz so if the testsuite is
invoked at startup, x won't be started.

- if there is no rxvt to run, put a sleep loop at the
end of xinit so it won't exit (ie-hand the session of
the sleep loop).
