patch for mlbuild-0.2 mlz

- allow you to control the number of usb printer nodes
that get created

- allows one to control the launching of the httpd when
making upgrade packages

- adds support for a "preimagehook", something to run
after everything has be copied into the image
directory, but before the images are made (any final
cleanup you want to do (make sure all executables are
stripped, etc.))
