#46 editable property / relationship names

This patch sets the columns and relationship variable
names as editable text fields. That way its possible to
change the default names proposed by the name
conversion strategy.

The changed names are stored in the prefs file.

I did this because I needed it for my job, maybe I can
be usefull for someone else.

This patch is against the CVS HEAD of 30.10.2005.

Thanks for the patch - it looks clean so I will give it a try and if
OK commit it. There is areason why I did not do this in the
first place but the situation that I was avoiding is not common
so the benefit out ways the downside.
