#44 Patch for bug 1114213 / Oracle Function based indexes

This patch is supposed to fix bug 1114213. Oracle
function based indexes show up as pseudocolumns in
Connection.getMetaData().getIndexInfo(), which
generates exceptions when we later try to access these
non existent columns. Patch is untested, I will supply
test results as soon as I am finished.

I've done some testing and it seems to work.

Works also for 2.1 if you have to apply the patch manually.
"patch" rejects it since contex doesn't match.
