#7 Support for offline browsing

middle-man is better than other proxy I have tried but I miss a
feature present in wwwoffle: offline browsing.

With wwwoffle you can use the cache to navigate in old pages even
when you are not connected to internet.

Can you do the same on middle-man?

taking this a step further, what would be useful is an
ability to have online/offline modes. This would mean a page
was requested but was not cached, then a page would be
displayed if the service is in 'offline' mode, saying that
the page is unavailable because the connection is down. This
would be invaluable for mini networks running behind a
dialup connection.
