#46 File gets decompressed

If I download the following file using middleman:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/ncompress/ncompress_4.2.4-15.diff.gz
the file is decompressed.
I haven't seen this behavior on any other (similar)
file I downloaded with middleman.
