#42 redirect -> "bypass sourceforge mirror selection" broken

Config -> redirect -> "bypass sourceforge mirror
selection" is broken.

When it's enabled, I'm unable to access "Download ->
Stable" section on www.clamav.net (alert window pops
up, and says "Redirect limit for this URL exceedeed.
Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused
by cookies that are blocked.").

When I disable Config -> redirect -> "bypass
sourceforge mirror selection", I can access the page
mentioned.

I have cookies in my browser enabled, as well as in
Middleman.
I'm using CVS version (14.07.04).
