Finally released the files. I have been working on the installer-admin script for a long time. Some functions such as MD5 and Storable are not fully available. More documentation to come.

I'm working on getting a console.pl script version fully working so that it acts as an installer and a configurator for the configuration script that MiDB uses. Files are uploaded on the CVS server

I am getting ready the first distribution of Melanie to the public as soon as I can. Hopefully by September version 1.70 should be up.
