#15 Special Characters not allowed for some fields

Currently there are problems when adding " and ' in
certain fields.

This has been seen, and will be addressed soon.

I am looking at a quick fix for at least allowing ' chars,
but unsure if I just want to fix the full problem entirely.

Currently there have been no complaints on this, but
that does not mean it wont happen.

I have modified some of the files to allow for the char (').
This is a temporary fix, and will be revisited in the near future.

Files modified:

lib/tree.inc.php
modules/alertconfig/alert.inc.php (Also CONFIG.MCF)
modules/hostconfig/host.inc.php (Also CONFIG.MCF)

This bug will stay open until the full bug fix is coded.
