#3 Unable Reconstruction Tool and Cortical Bone ROI

Hi, Jeremy.

I have two different issues with the software:

2) 1) I'm trying to use the Reconstruct tool, but in every attempt there's a software update message which indicates I need to install the "txzmq" package to support the plugin, and whenever I accept the installation of the mentioned ther's an error message indicating that "Cython" does not appear to be installed. I have uninsatlled and installed several times MicroView but it never seems to help with solving the problem. I have the latest version available (2.5.0).
2) I can't find the Cortical Bone ROI tool, is there any plugin I should download for using it?
