Most of the grouping terms for altered phenotypes don't contain the word phenotype, but two do: OMP:0007134 ! altered antimicrobial agent resistance phenotype and OMP:0007104 ! altered nutrient utilization phenotype.

We recommend that terms with the word phenotype in the term name not be used for annotation. For many altered phenotypes, we think that users may have occasion to use the grouping term 'altered X', so we removed phenotype from the term name. For 'altered antimicrobial agent resistance phenotype' and 'altered nutrient utilization phenotype,' it seems likely that there will be a more specific child term to be used.
