A decrease in resistance of UV radiation in the presence of a psoralen where the UV is of wavelength 315-400 nm (UVA)

    This term needs discussion within the OMP group. It seems to me (and others) that "in the presence of a psoralen" should NOT be part of the phenotype term. The phenotype is decreased resistance to UV. The psoralen is in essence an environment, so it sounds like it should be reconceived as an evidence type (an output of an assay). Perhaps we should create an ECO term that we can capture in the annotation file.

    This was discussed at an OMP group call and it was agreed that +psoralen should be in the environment field. Todd has adjusted the annotation accordingly, and this ticket can probably be closed without making the term requested.
