#33 Stop using compatibility mode for Lua

When compiling MicroLua, the macro LUA_COMPAT_ALL is used, which incorporate every compatibility options for transitioning from Lua 5.1 to 5.2. It would be nice to see if we need it, why we need it, and eventually get rid of it.
