#1 Write script to automate packaging MicroLua

In order to ease the work of packaging a new version of MicroLua and prevent one to forgot some parts, we should code a script to do all of this.

The script must define some paths:

• destination path (where to put 'MicroLua X' and 'MicroLua X - Sources')
• path to the root of the sources (the uLua folder)

Then it needs to know the version number, probably as a command line argument.

What the script has to do:

• create the new version folder MicroLua X
• copy the binary and the lua folder into this directory
• either open a text editor to make 'CHANGELOG X' or just create it and tell to edit it
• idem with a 'README' file
• make the ZIP archive (with 7z for example), and if it is a medium version (like 4.6) build and archive for the sources
