[Microlog-develop] Bugfix for RecordStoreAppender, Mailign List and Forum added to site

I have fixed a bug in the RecordStoreAppender: The ByteArrayOutputStream
was closed. This is not possible. Or a new one must be allocated.

I added the this mailing list in the root pom.xml and the forums.

@Johan Are all developers anybody subscribed here?

Uploading this now ...

Will be in vacation now for one month.

The find bugs integration is only generated in the site, not included in
the build process.
