#2 Break apart the framework into packages

The framework currently exists as a single jar. It should
be devided into the following:

Core (One Package)
- Main Midlet class
- Interface
- Workflow
- Utilities

Services (Seperate packages)
- Communication with message store
- GPS
- Bar Code Scanning
