I've found the solution now, this works fine (eclipseme 1.7.3):

In the 'Debug View' -> Choose 'Arguments' tab and enter to "Program 
arguments":
=======================
--propertiesjad /data/My.jad
org.xmlBlaster.MyMidlet
=======================
