[Microemulator-users] MicroEmulator not detected by nb6.1 or nb6.5

trying to setup NB to use MicroEmulator but after installing netbeans
microemulator plugin<http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=10329>
and
try to add it from "java platforms" it does not get detected. What is wrong
here peoples!
